Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these Terms is to set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in connection with the use of the software sales, downloads, licenses, and related services (the "Service") provided on the website operated by SJMK SYSTEM (the "Company"). Article 2 (Definitions) "User" means members and non-members who use the Service provided by the Company under these Terms, and "License" means the right to use software sold by the Company. Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms) These Terms take effect by being posted on the website. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws, and when amending them it will announce the effective date and the reasons for the amendment in advance. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may terminate the service agreement (withdraw membership). Article 4 (Membership Registration and Account Management) Membership registration is completed using an email address as the ID, and members must register with accurate information. Members are responsible for managing their account information (including passwords), and stealing another person's information or transferring or lending an account is prohibited. We recommend setting a password different from those you use on other sites. Article 5 (Provision of the Service and Licenses) The Company provides the license for the relevant product to users who have completed a purchase. The type of license (free, subscription, perpetual, etc.), scope of use, and period follow the information shown on each product page. Article 6 (Payment and Refunds) Product prices are based on the currency shown on the product page, and the specific procedures and standards for payment and refunds follow applicable laws (such as the Republic of Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) and the Company's refund policy. Where the user's country of residence has mandatory consumer-protection provisions, those provisions may also apply. Article 7 (User Obligations) Users must not engage in acts that infringe intellectual property rights, such as unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering of the software, or acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service. Article 8 (Intellectual Property) Intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the Service and software belong to the Company or the rightful owner. Purchasing a license grants a right of use and does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights. Where some components include open-source software, the relevant license notices are provided separately. Article 9 (Disclaimer and Service Suspension) Provision of the Service may be temporarily suspended for unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters or system maintenance, in which case the Company will give notice before or after the fact. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability for damages may be limited. Article 10 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution) These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, where the user is a consumer outside the Republic of Korea, this does not exclude the mandatory consumer-protection provisions granted by the laws of the user's place of habitual residence. Disputes relating to the use of the Service are, in principle, resolved in the competent court under applicable law. Article 11 (International Users) This Service is accessible worldwide. Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their country of residence. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Republic of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and, where applicable, international data-protection norms such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (see the Privacy Policy for details). The Korean version of these Terms is the official version, and translations into other languages are for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Korean version prevails. This service is accessible worldwide. The Korean version of these Terms shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between translations.
