1. Scope This Refund Policy applies to software licenses and subscriptions sold on this website by SJMK SYSTEM ((주)씨알베이). 2. Withdrawal (Republic of Korea) Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw your order within 7 days of payment. However, once provision of digital content has begun (e.g. license issuance or download start), withdrawal may be restricted to the extent permitted by law; this is notified and consented to before provision begins. 3. EU/EEA and UK consumers The 14-day right of withdrawal applies. If you expressly consent to immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge loss of the right of withdrawal, the right expires when provision begins. 4. Subscriptions You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date; service remains available until the end of the paid period. Auto-renewal terms are shown on each product page. 5. Defects If the software has a material defect that prevents normal use and no fix is provided within a reasonable period, you may request a refund in accordance with applicable law. 6.
